Inco Network - Private Computing
Inco Network is an innovative platform that creates a new level of privacy for Web3. It enables secure data processing and computation while keeping important information confidential.

The core idea of Inco is to give users control over their data while allowing applications to operate on it without revealing private information. This makes Inco a unique solution for financial, gaming, DeFi, and other scenarios where privacy is critical.

To achieve this, Inco uses two main approaches to confidential computation: Inco Lightning for high-speed, low-latency operations, and Inco Atlas for maximum cryptographic privacy and handling highly sensitive data.

Inco Lightning: High Speed and Privacy

Inco Lightning is a confidential computation layer based on TEE, allowing operations on private data without exposing it. It provides private data types (e.g., euint, ebool) and integration with Solidity, making confidential computations accessible within the standard smart contract environment.

Lightning provides:
  • Arithmetic and logical operations on private data inside the TEE, while the public blockchain never sees the raw values.
  • Controlled access - policies allow specifying who can initiate computations or interact with private fields, while developers and external users do not receive decryption keys.
  • Re-encryption and secure on-chain decryption mechanisms, enabling safe data sharing between participants and publishing computation results without revealing the original information.
  • High performance, suitable for low-latency scenarios such as DeFi, on-chain games, fast computations, and any real-time operations.

Inco Atlas:
Maximum Privacy Inco Atlas is designed for scenarios where absolute privacy and security are the priority, even if it requires more resources.
Atlas uses FHE and MPC to perform computations on encrypted data without revealing it.

Atlas advantages:
  • Data remains encrypted at all stages of processing.
  • MPC distributes trust among participants and reduces the risk of node compromise.
  • It is ideal, for example, for financial, medical, or regulated scenarios where confidentiality is crucial.

Atlas is still under development but promises to be a powerful tool for building the next generation of confidential Web3 applications.

How Lightning and Atlas Complement Each Other.
  • Lightning provides speed and low latency, ideal for scenarios requiring privacy without sacrificing performance.
  • Atlas provides maximum cryptographic privacy for highly sensitive data.
  • Using both technologies allows developers to choose the optimal balance between performance and privacy depending on the requirements of a particular use case.

Inco Network offers a platform for confidential computation in Web3, where data remains protected throughout storage, transmission, and processing. Lightning provides fast, low-latency computations over private data types, while Atlas guarantees cryptographic protection for especially sensitive information.

The combination of these technologies enables developers to balance speed, security, and privacy, creating flexible and reliable solutions for financial, gaming, and regulated scenarios.
